Uniqsis’ FlowSyn Maxi is a high throughput flow reactor for process chemists looking to enhance reaction conditions before scaling-up synthetic production to numerous kilograms per day.

With the capability to run at high flow rates (up to one-hundred millilitres/min) FlowSyn Maxi combines the benefits of proven FlowSyn technology. The FlowSyn Maxi sets a new normal for advanced throughput applications. The FlowSyn Maxi, designed for ease of use, swiftly guides the user through the procedure for setting up a flow chemistry reaction. FlowSyn Maxi routinely runs the experiment unattended, once set up, guaranteeing that critical parameters persist within well-defined limits.

One of the most adaptable process scale flow reactors on the market, FlowSyn MaxiTM is built to conduct superheated reactions up to +260°C (1400 psi) and chilled reactions down to -70°C. The sturdy design of the system makes it suitable with most chemistries and can be chosen in stainless steel or Hastelloy® with PTFE flow pathways. To handle increased process scale flow rates, the unit is equipped with wider diameter input tubing and updated inlet/outlet solenoid valves with larger fluidic channels.

All current Uniqsis coil reactors are compatible with the FlowSyn MaxiTM, however it is best used with bigger reactors (up to 60 cc) employing 1/8-inch OD tubing and glass static mixer chips to ensure effective and repeatable mixing.
