AAH Pharmaceuticals appoints operations and pharma services director

AAH Pharmaceuticals has appointed Steve Anderson to a new expanded role as director of operations and pharma services.

The company has decided to link these two functions in order to create a more direct link between its own operational capabilities and the supply chain requirements of its manufacturer clients.

Mr Anderson will work alongside managing director Mark James to develop new integrated supply chain and specialist distribution solutions, which its customer base is seeking.

The recent launch of AAH Dextrous Solutions was highlighted as an example of how AAH has already made efforts to redefine its services and solutions.

"I am looking forward to working with manufacturers to design solutions which best meet their product, patient and commercial needs by leveraging the unrivalled infrastructure which AAH has," said Mr Anderson.

This comes in the same week that the company agreed to assist Alcon in fulfilling its emergency orders of Travatan, Duotrav and Azopt via AAH Dextrous Solutions.
