Abbott appoints news director

Abbott has registered the appointment of a new director with Companies House.

Michael Smith, who holds the position of general manager at the firm, has consented to the act, according to the report, which was authorised by the company secretary on October 17th, 2008.

Abbott recently announced its worldwide sales increased 17.6 per cent, as part of its third-quarter results.
