Advanced Cell Diagnostics launches next-generation RNAscope ISH assay
Advanced Cell Diagnostics has announced the launch of version 2.5 of its RNAscope in situ hybridisation (ISH) assay.
It builds on the success of the current RNAscope 2.0 assay, which has gained recognition rapidly in the research community and has been used in more than 300 peer-reviewed publications within four years.
The RNAscope 2.5 assay offers numerous refinements and enhancements to enable rapid, accurate assessment of tissue-based biomarker expression across the full spectrum of clinical formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue samples.
It is able to attain new levels of consistency and reproducibility without the need for lengthy rounds of assay optimisation, with excellent results having already been achieved in an early access programme of the assay.
Dr Yuling Luo, Founder, president and chief executive officer, said: "Our customers working on the cutting edge of translational research and companion diagnostic development now have a seamless path to the clinic – they can use the same platform for both research and diagnostics with no translation needed."
