Alma PR hires tech specialist as new partner

Alma PR has announced the appointment of tech specialist Caroline Forde as a new partner as it seeks to further strengthen its capabilities.

Ms Forde becomes the fourth partner at the agency, which was founded in February. Like the three existing partners, she is a former Newgate Threadneedle employee, with experience covering issues such as crisis comms, corporate reputation and change management.

At Alma PR, she will be tasked with advising companies within the technology sector, with the firm currently supporting eight retained, listed clients in this industry. She can boast more than 15 years' experience with private and listed technology companies, reports Gorkana.

The agency was launched by Josh Royston, Hilary Buchanan and John Coles with the intention of providing cross-sector support for financial calendar management, IPOs, support for businesses in secondary fund raising, management buyouts, crisis comms and more.
