Anachem announces new EZject pipette tips

Anachem today announced the launch of EZject pipette tips, designed specifically to reduce the risk of repetitive strain injuries (RSI).

The company noted that the necessary task of manual pipetting can place laboratory workers at risk of RSI due to the manoeuvres involved and the recurring nature of the task.

EZject tips are designed to significantly reduce the force required for the loading and ejection of pipette tips without compromising on the required precision and accuracy. The product is also designed to fit the majority of existing pipettes.

An effective yet flexible seal is created within the pipette using a unique bi-fabricated wall and the seal is created using a fraction of the force typically needed to insert regular tips. The pressure required to eject the tips is also reduced as a result of this.

Anachem was recently presented with an award for exceptional sales success during last year by Rainin Instrument.
