ASDM reports satisfaction with half-year growth
Advanced Surgical Design and Manufacture (ASDM) has expressed satisfaction with its growth during the half-year period ending December 31st 2010.
During the six months, the medical device company saw its core product sales increase by 26 percent year-over-year to $3.3 million (2.01 million pounds), with growth noted across all markets and product categories.
Dr Greg Roger, the company's chief executive officer, said: "It is expected that this trend will continue for the balance of the financial year."
The period has seen ASDM make progress with efforts to diversify its portfolio, having agreed new distribution arrangements for complementary offerings with Permedica, Arthrosurface and Parcus Medical.
Moreover, the company also announced last month that it has completed a strategic review period which has been conducted over the last four months and has helped ASDM to strengthen its foundations for future expansion.
Dr Roger added: "We are excited by our growth prospects."
