Autoscribe survey shows strong satisfaction rates among LIMS users
Autoscribe's laboratory information management system (LIMS) customers have reported high levels of satisfaction with the technology in a new survey.
Results from the poll revealed that 81 per cent would recommend the Matrix Gemini LIMS to another user, thanks to its flexibility and ease of configuration, as well as the web-based user interface which is supplied as standard.
Customers also responded positively to the sales assistance, implementation services, support services, software quality and reliability provided by Autoscribe and the Matrix Gemini LIMS.
Moreover, when asked about their future plans with the LIMS, more than 90 percent of respondents said they would either continue as they are, expand use to other departments or sites, add more licences or upgrade the current version.
Autoscribe's chief executive officer John Boother said: "We wanted to understand our customers' feelings about all the aspects of our business, from the sales experience through implementation and support services as well as the quality of the software itself."
This comes after Autoscribe supplied the Matrix Gemini LIMS for pre-clinical pathology applications to one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world last month.
