AZ sells Seroquel and Seroquel XR rights in Russia and Europe

Astra Zeneca (AZ) have sold the commercial rights to Seroquel and Seroquel XR, in Europe and Russia to Cheplapharm Arzneimittel GmbH (Cheplapharm).

Having previously sold the rights to the Seroquel and Seroquel XR in the UK, US, Japan, Canada and other international Markets, Astra Zeneca have received a payment of one-hundred and seventy million dollars so far from the pharmaceutical company, and may receive further sales contingent payments of sixty-one million dollars.
