Bamboo Medical Communications makes three new appointments

Bamboo Medial Communications has announced a trio of new hires, including the re-appointment of Beki Jones in the post of account director.

Ms Jones, who has worked at Bamboo before, has experience of working across a number of therapy areas and most recently served in a senior PR role. She expressed excitement at the prospect of rejoining the agency's "dynamic" team, reports Pharmafile.

Managing director Neil Wincomb said: "Working with Beki again will be fantastic and I am proud that we have been able to attract someone of her calibre to our team."

In addition to Ms Jones' hiring, the company also appointed Laura Pegg and Alex Lake as account executives this week. Both are university graduates who have experience of working in the marketing field.

Bamboo intends to continue to grow its offering through the new appointments. The Shepperton-On-Thames-based agency already boasts a history of working with some of the world's leading pharmaceutical brands, including Abbott, Astellas, Bayer, Baxter, Teva and Merck Sharp and Dohme.
