Banque Hired as New EVP of Zoetis

Ester Banque began her new position as Executive Vice President and US Head of Operations at Zoetis on July 10th.

The esteemed International Senior Executive has acquired more than three decades of experience in the health science sector, working within a number of highly regarded pharmaceutical firms.
Banque will join the company’s senior leadership team, being overseen and managed by the company’s CEO, Kristin Peck.

In reference to the new hire, Peck expressed that they were “impressed by Ester’s diverse, global experience, leadership of high performing teams, and above-market growth achievements.” Banque was described as “a passionate, purpose-driven leader who brings diverse experience and an impressive track record of driving results.”

As part of Zoetis, Banque will be in charge of growing and developing their major brands while building a market ready for creative advancement. She will drive their US business activities and ensure companion animal and agricultural clients are receiving the best level of service.

She said that she is “looking forward to building on Zoetis’ leadership in animal health and capitalizing on opportunities to make a positive impact on our customers, colleagues and communities.”

Since February, William Dorsey has acted as a temporary Head of U.S. Operations. He will remain in his position as a senior member of the finance department, supporting Banque in the first few months of her new role.
