Bayer exhibiting at Big 5 in Dubai

Bayer’s polyurethane systems house BaySystems Pearl is exhibiting at the Big 5 trade show in Dubai this week, the company has announced.

Primarily showcasing thermal insulation systems, BaySystems Pearl will appear at the event until November 27th, people in science sales jobs may be interested to know.

The systems house – which is a joint venture between Bayer MaterialScience and Pearl Insulation Material – described its polyurethane rigid foam as boasting "the best thermal insulation properties of all currently available systems".

It is used for the insulation of pipes and buildings as well as in the refrigeration chain – uses which are becoming increasingly important in countries in the Gulf region as energy efficiency grows in significance.

BaySystems Pearl "has many years of experience" in addressing the problem of insulating buildings against the high summer temperatures, it said, adding it "develops customised system solutions locally".

Recently, BaySystems Italia’s polyurethane integral skin foam Baydur has been used on exercise machines, the company announced.
