BDIA extends events partnership with ExCeL and NEC

The British Dental Industry Association (BDIA) has confirmed that its annual BDIA Dental Showcase will continue to be held at the ExCeL in London and the NEC in Birmingham.

Three-show deals have been signed with both venues for the next six years, allowing the event to continue to alternate between London and the Midlands. This year's show will take place at the NEC in October.

Delivering practical content for everyone involved in the dental industry, the BDIA Dental Showcase provides a vital link between UK practices and their suppliers, as well as an opportunity for international manufacturers to find UK distributors.

The 2016 event will return to the ExCeL and is expected to play host to more than 350 exhibitors and 9,500 visitors.

Tony Reed, executive director, said: "It is not easy to find suitable venues for a show of this size, so securing contracts with both ExCeL and the NEC that will give us stability for the next six years is a significant achievement for us."

Sponsors of the 2015 Showcase include Oral-B, Colgate, FMC and the Dairy Council.
