BDTA to sponsor upcoming BACD Roadshow

The British Dental Trade Association (BDTA) has confirmed that it will be sponsoring the 2011 British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (BACD) Roadshow.

Tony Reed, executive director of the BDTA, stated that the event will provide dental practitioners with vital information on the new innovations, techniques and legislative trends affecting the industry.

Beginning in London on January 26th 2011, the roadshow will encompass meetings held across the year in Bristol, Belfast, Birmingham and Edinburgh, before concluding in Liverpool on November 22nd.

They will be attended by key dental industry figures and will address a number of diverse topics, including new materials used in the sector and the impact of HTM 01-05 laws.

Mr Reed said: "These roadshows offer practical insights and sound advice which dentists can use to ensure that their practices are fit for the 21st century."

Earlier this month, the BDTA held its annual Midwinter Meeting, where it addressed members on recent developments in dentistry.
