Beckman Coulter selects Apptivo ‘to interface with customers’

Beckman Coulter has revealed it has chosen Apptivo's customer relationship management, project management and supply chain applications to enhance collaboration and communication with customers across the globe.

Apptivo's integrated suite of more than 40 business applications is utilised by thousands of firms in more than 190 countries.

Using this software, Beckman Coulter will now be able to improve the experience of its customers and several different processes.

Mark Price, vice-president of quality at the firm, commented: "We needed a single tool that helps streamline internal business processes while at the same time provides a solid platform for interfacing with our customers."

Apptivo's software is designed to solve unique problems for businesses within specific sectors, which means the applications are flexible and customisable.

All are 100 per cent integrated to form a seamless solution, as every process can be accessed from just one dashboard.

Vishal Kaushal, chief revenue officer at Apptivo, said that firms as innovative and customer-focused as Beckman Coulter have complex requirements as they need to interact with customers from various business functions and believes his firms' apps suit these needs.
