Bedfont Scientific has launched Breathacise

Bedfont Scientific has launched Breathacise, an incentive spirometer which can be used to measure, develop and train lung capacity. Its proposed use is for endurance exercise, supporting a healthy lifestyle or to help with healing post-surgery.

Research outlines that exercising lungs with an incentive spirometer engages them to take slow deep breaths, which improves lung capacity; thus, helping to improve the capability to breathe as it keeps alveoli inflated.
