Benvic obtains Luc & Bel

Luc & Bel has recently been obtained by a PVC compounds and ecological biopolymers company, Benvic.

The acquisition, which allows Benvic to strengthen its medical division, supplying manufacturing materials, products and services to the leading medical and healthcare markets, has been enabled by Benvic’s owner Investindustrial.

Over the past year and a half, Benvic has been building its medical company portfolio, including the acquisition of Modenplast.
