Berkeley PR wins new brief with Bitnet

Berkeley PR has won a new contract with Bitnet, a leading bitcoin services firm, that will focus on educating businesses about the online payment system.

The business-to-business PR brief will see the agency working to improve understanding and adoption of bitcoin payment services among retailers, as many larger firms are currently struggling to get to grips with the concept, reports PRWeek.

It was selected for this contract based on its proven ability to effectively communicate stories that connect customers with a business solution. Berkeley PR is one of the first UK agencies to hold a bitcoin account.

Founded in January 2014, Bitnet has offices in Europe and the San Francisco Bay area. Its services are dedicated to making it easier for merchants to accept bitcoin.
