Binx Health home test gets EU CE approval

UK based Binx Health has been granted European CE approval for its chlamydia and gonorrhea home test, which identifies the presence and treatment of sexually transmitted infections in half an hour, thus reducing the spread of infection.
Binx’s chief executive officer, Jeffrey Luber, said: “Modern healthcare delivery requires tools that meet consumers’ needs where they live, work and shop. Dr Howard Heller, Binx’s chief medical officer, said: “Achieving a 30-minute diagnostic turnaround time for two of the most common STIs is a major public health breakthrough.
