Bodycare files annual return

Bodycare Toiletries has announced the publication of its annual return. The company restated the details of its director John Andrew Carrington and the outgoing company secretary Burton James Macleod and noted its share capital of 126,000 shares each with the nominal value of one pound. Bodycare Toiletries is based in Preston, Lancashire.
