Brands2Life to support UK launch of iCracked
Brands2Life has announced a new contract win with iCracked, a repair service for iOS devices that is considered one of Silicon Valley's hottest start-ups.
A launch event was held in London last week, with Brands2Life responsible for handling all PR and digital communications for the company. Following its debut in the capital, iCracked intends to branch out to other parts of the UK and eventually continental Europe.
The client is the world's largest on-demand repair service for Apple devices and was launched in California in 2010. It has built a network of more than 1,000 certified, trained and expertly-skilled independent professionals worldwide in just four years.
Each of these micro-entrepreneurs, known as iTechs, can be dispatched with the click of a button to respond to repair requests in their local area, travelling to homes and places of business to fix broken phones and tablets.
This latest contract win continues a successful year for Brands2Life, which claimed two prizes at the 2014 PRCA Awards in November. So far this year, it has claimed a total of 15 accolades.
