Burtons Medical & SV Animal Health Partnership
Fred Burton launched Burtons Medical Equipment in 1981; the firm has been producing, distributing, and providing maintenance for a full line of veterinary and medical devices ever since.
Burtons has remained part of the family even after Fred’s resignation at the end of the last century. The company is currently being spearheaded by David Burton, Fred’s son, with many other family members also being integral to the business functioning. Throughout the last 40+ years, they have maintained their commitment to providing quality customer service.
The medical equipment business started off as a versatile provider of goods and services to veterinary clinics and private hospitals within the NHS.
Now considered a major player in the Animal Health market, Burtons Veterinary Equipment was launched as a result of the company’s continual contact with veterinarians and high level of consumer demand. It quickly became evident that the veterinary space would become the company’s primary priority.
Since its founding in 2005, Saint Vincent Group (SV), which specialises in high-end pet nutrition and supplies, has grown to become a top wholesale distributor in the UAE market.
Last week on LinkedIn, both companies published posts outlining the nature of their new collaboration.
As part of this new collaboration, Burtons will provide both the goods and the maintenance support for which they are renowned.
In keeping with their commitment to ensuring their veterinary community has the opportunity to utilise the most recent product and market developments, SV Animal Health will supply Burtons equipment throughout the Middle East.
