Cactus Communications opens first European office in London
Cactus Communications has announced the opening of its first European office with the launch of new premises in London.
The London office in Holborn will become the scientific and medical communications agency's tenth office globally, offering excellent collaborative meeting spaces, a new-age aesthetic and close access to the Covent Garden area.
Nikesh Gosalia, director of academic and publisher relations at Cactus, will head the office in London. He noted that some of the oldest and most reputed publishers in the world are based in this region, as well as several top pharmaceutical companies.
Elvira D'Souza, senior vice-president for medical communications at Cactus Communications, added: "We are very pleased to expand our footprint to Europe in our 15th year. Tapping into a large talent pool of medical writers in the region should make it easier to grow our team."
The opening of the new office is expected to strengthen Cactus' status as among the fastest-growing companies in the scholarly communications industry, with its medical communications arm serving the top 20 global pharmaceutical companies.
