Ceva adds new modules to Cardio Academy site
Ceva Animal Health has announced the introduction of two brand new modules to its popular Cardio Academy website.
Focusing on the breed characteristics and diagnosis of dilated cardiomyopathy in dogs, the modules last around 20 minutes each and are hosted by Gerhard Wess, head of cardiology at the University of Munich.
After viewing the seminars, users will be able to receive a continuous professional development certificate by correctly answering questions relating to each module.
Fraser Broadfoot, product manager at Ceva, said: "Cardio Academy is growing from strength to strength, with over 1,500 UK vets registered to the site, which now includes 15 hours of free on-demand cardiology CPD with leading specialists."
The company has made a number of cardiology-related educational resources available online in the last few months, including a series of webinars to view on demand at www.cardaliscpd.co.uk.
More than 1,600 veterinary professionals registered to view these seminars on their initial airing in November and December 2013.
