Ceva launches new VetInterMed online cardio-nephrology resource

Ceva Animal Health has announced the launch of VetInterMed, a new free online resource providing comprehensive cardio-nephrology resources for veterinary professionals.

The service provides an extensive range of materials to facilitate the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases by offering information on various conditions, as well as guidance on therapeutic solutions.

Video content includes talks by Cardio Academy's international experts, advice and demonstrations of blood pressure measurement, and training in radiography and echocardiography procedures and interpretation, while interactive tools can be used to help guide treatment choices.

Reference publications are also available to support and assist vets in everyday procedures, as well as a fitness test, an application for measuring resting respiratory rates, and various customisable clinical fact sheets and template newsletters.

Meanwhile, the training section of the site offers access a wide range of publications, e-learning videos, webinars and a schedule of upcoming congresses and conferences.

The company said: "By helping vets further develop clinical skills and providing tools to reduce time and stress in practice, Ceva hopes that vets will see an improvement in the outcome of these cases and help practices to grow this part of their business."
