Chameleon wins new brief with alldayPA
Chameleon has been handed a new comms brief by professional call-answering service alldayPA following a competitive pitch.
The agency has been tasked with providing comms strategy advice and PR support for the company, marking the first time the answering service has hired an external agency to provide comms advice.
Launched in 1999, alldayPA has taken more than 64 million calls, with around 23,000 customers across the UK. It has invested 11 million pounds into its technology and expansion plans, and offers call answering, crisis response and essential order fulfilment services to various clients.
alldayPA’s chief financial officer Ken Crabtree cited Chameleon’s strong understanding of the importance and unique selling points of the service as a key reason why it was selected for the contract.
Chameleon’s chief executive Tom Berry said: “We are incredibly proud to have been selected to help alldayPA transform its corporate colours.”
The agency’s other tech sector clients include companies such as Google Enterprise, NetSuite, DocuSign and Kelway. It announced the appointment of Karin O’Connor as its new creative and strategic director last month.
