Charlotte Street Partners expands into healthcare market

Charlotte Street Partners has announced the establishment of a new healthcare practice as part of its strategic growth efforts.

The agency has appointed Jo Nove as a partner after five months with the firm. She will serve as head of client services and lead the new healthcare practice, moving from Amsterdam to be based at the company's Edinburgh office from this summer.

Ms Nove began her career in the Labour Party before moving into public affairs and communications consultancy. She has advised a range of clients on public policy, communications and issues management strategies in both the private and public sectors.

It was also announced that Charlotte Street Partners will be setting up an investor relations practice, with Tamsin Garrity joining as head of financial communications to lead this business.

Malcolm Robertson, a founding partner of the agency, said: "We are putting significant investment into the growth of the company as we prepare for the next phase of our growth. It is always a challenging market, but it's also hugely enjoyable as we build an outstanding team."
