GlaxoSmithKline has revealed that Chris Corsico will be joining the team as Senior Vice President of Research.
GSK’s research and development and commercialisation has underperformed in recent years, something CEO Emma Walmsley is determined to change.
GSK plan to restructure the research and development division, with Chris being responsible for drug development, and research will be led by Jon Lepore, who has been working for GSK for 12 years.
Chris will start his position in January 2019, where he will be based at GSK’s research base in Stevenage.
