Colgate-Palmolive launches Optic White Regimen

Colgate-Palmolive has announced the launch of its new Optic White Regimen, an oral care system that provides consumers with a faster way of whitening their teeth.

The new product range includes the bestselling toothpaste Optic White – as well as the Colgate Optic White Mouthwash and Colgate 360 Optic White Power Toothbrush – and incorporates enamel-safe technology that removes stains on teeth.

Clinical studies carried out by the manufacturer reveal that the toothpaste is able to whiten teeth in around five days, while daily use over a four-week period results in teeth that are at least three shades whiter.

These whitening effects are delivered alongside the standard oral health benefits of an everyday brushing routine.

Philip Durocher, vice-president for oral care at Colgate-Palmolive, said: "Our scientists and dental professionals designed the Optic White Regimen to safely and effectively whiten teeth while taking care of consumers' oral care needs."

Next month, the company will hold Oral Health Month, a public health initiative that it will organise in partnership with the British Dental Association.
