Consilium Strategic Communications advises Immunocore on new funding round

Consilium Strategic Communications has provided advisory services to its client Immunocore on a recent private financing round.

The world-leading biotechnology company has raised $320 million (206.04 million pounds) through the oversubscribed funding round, which was the largest ever for a private European life sciences company.

Money contributed by organisations such as  Woodford Investment Management, Malin, Lilly and RTW Investments will help Immunocore to further accelerate the development of its proprietary pipeline for treating cancer, viral infections and autoimmune diseases.

Consilium was retained by Immunocore in early 2015 to assist with financial, corporate and scientific communications.
