Danone to work with Sword ciboodle
Danone’s Baby Nutrition division Nutricia is to work with customer-orientated service and business software provider Sword ciboodle, it has been announced.
The relationship is designed to improve Danone’s customer service capabilities and improve consumers’ experience by boosting its contact centre.
Currently, Nutricia manages customer relationship programmes in its healthcare professional and consumer marketplaces. These schemes are developed to offer support, information and advice and are assisted by an expert Careline staff.
According to Nic Yates, head of customer relationship management (CRM) at Nutricia: “Sword ciboodle provides us with a much clearer view of the interactions mothers have with our CRM channels and our Careline.”
This enables the company “to deliver a highly personalised service” which prompts the support for its brands and services.
Products manufactured by Danone include Actimel, which contains L.casei Imunitass to keep “good bacteria” found in the intestine “topped up”, thus supporting the body’s natural defence system.
