Dentsply Sirona presenting products at IDS 2019

Dentsply Sirona will be presenting its very latest products at this year’s IDS, the leading global trade fair for the dental community, which ensures sustainable success as a platform for innovation and market trends. It will run from 12th to 16th March 2019 in Cologne, Germany.
There will be live demonstrations, hands-on tutorials and opportunities to engage in technical discussions. The CEREC live demonstrations directly at the booth will give visitors the chance to experience the proven CAD/CAM system first-hand and also discover the latest workflow developments. Around 20 live treatments on patients will be shown on two stages daily, and will demonstrate the versatility of CEREC and how different materials are suitable for various indications.
Dentsply Sirona will also be presenting Acuris, the new concept in implant dentistry, that is based on a conometric concept that uses friction instead of a screw or cement to secure the crown and the cap to the abutment in the final prosthetic part of the implant treatment, providing a retention that is removable for the dentist but fixed for the patient.
In terms of orthodontics, further design, functionality, and user-friendliness developments of the latest generation of self-ligating brackets, In-Ovation X, will also be presented.
