Dentsply Sirona trained over 410,000 dental professionals in 2017

As one of largest clinical education programmes within the industry, Dentsply Sirona offered nearly 11,000 courses in 2017, which provided education and training to nearly 410,500 dental professionals in 87 countries.

The courses consisted of live lectures, product training, self-instructional courses and hands on training across Endodontics, Implants, CAD/CAM, preventative dentistry, Images, Restorative and ultrasonic instrumentation. They are designed to further develop dental professionals’ expertise with active learning and engagement methods, including virtual and augmented reality, to appeal to all learning types.
