DP Medical Systems supports dental loupes deal

2nd October 2008

DP Medical Systems and Nuview are supporting an exclusive finance deal from the British Dental Association (BDA) for the purchase of dental loupes for final-year dental students in a bid to promote effective and healthy working practices.

A new offer includes the loupes alongside free BDA membership for their last year of study of Medical News Today reported.

The BDA said this offer underlines its dedication to supporting young dentists at the start of their career.

Peter Ward, chief executive of the BDA, said: “We value greatly our growing student membership and we want to do all we can to help individual students as they begin their career.”

He added dental loupes are a key piece of equipment for dentists and said he was “delighted” with the support of DP Medical Systems for this initiative.

DP Medical Systems introduced the global dental microscope into the UK in the mid-1990s and claims the device is now used extensively by general dentists and specialists.
