Dr Reddys’ laboratory sells Cloderm® Cream Franchise to EPI Health

Under subsidiary, Promius Pharma LLC, Dr Reddy’s Laboratory has sold its rights of Cloderm cream to EPI Health LLC.

“Cloderm Cream is a widely recognised brand among the dermatology community. “ said Ron Owens, President of EPI Health “adding this product to our portfolio will support our goal to becoming a leader in medical dermatology and build on our successful prescription branded franchise.”

Promius Pharma is eligible to receive an upfront payment under terms of the agreement.
