DxH 560 AL has been announced by Beckman Coulter
A tabletop analyser adjusted to decrease the resource and time constraints faced by small to middle-sized laboratories, DxH 560 AL, has been announced by Beckman Coulter. Users can continuously implement up to fifty samples, spend a shorter time on manual instrument tasks and provide safety against blood-borne pathogens, with the analyser’s Auto-Loading functionality, closed tube aspiration and walkway capabilities.
Results are delivered in one minute or less, and it is the ideal instrument to use with hard to draw patients as it needs a 17 μL sample of blood. In addition, the analyser provides state-of-the-art security and privacy features, including paperless data management, customisable user login, as well as fully traceable automated timeouts that guard patient electronic personal health information.
General Manager and Senior Vice President of haematology, Beckman Coulter, Peter Soltani, stated: “With proven performance and low-cost to operate, the DxH 560 AL includes the analytical strengths and data management capabilities of high-throughput analysers in a small footprint. The industry-leading functionality and auto load capabilities of the DxH 560 AL enables smaller labs to reap the same efficiency and productivity benefits as their larger counterparts without blowing the budget.”
