Elanco announces upcoming otitis externa CPD webinar

Elanco has announced that it will be organising a free continuous professional development (CPD) webinar on the causes and treatment of otitis externa later this month.

To take place on September 29th at 20:00 BST, the broadcast – entitled 'Otitis externa: avoiding chronic disease' – will detail the optimal way to approach early cases to avoid chronic changes.

Presented by Peter Forsythe, a recognised specialist in the field of veterinary dermatology, the seminar will include the PPSP system of classification, ear cytology, antimicrobial treatment selection and ear cleaning.

Mr Forsythe holds honorary lectureships in dermatology at both the Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies and the University of Glasgow Veterinary School, and has particular interests in the fields of otitis and bacterial skin disease.

Professionals participating in the session will be able to obtain the equivalent of one hour of CPD.
