Elanco appoints four new board members

Elanco Animal Health has appointed four new members to the Board of Directors, Deborah Kochevar, Denise Scots-Knight, John Bilbrey, and Kirk McDonald, following Lilly’s full divestiture of Elanco, and Elanco becoming a fully independent company. The Board’s diversity will enable continued value creation and transformation, and a customer-driven culture and involvement-based leadership. These four new members have a strong track record of board experience and governance as well as an exceptional combination of experiences from livestock production, veterinary medicine and innovation to digital transformation, food industry expertise and consumer insights.
