Emotive appoints new head of talent

Emotive has announced the appointment of Adela Zafar to the new position of head of talent.

Ms Zafar is an experienced HR and team acquisition specialist with accreditation from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She brings a broad range of skills and experience to her new role, having previously worked both in-house and in agency roles.

Having occupied roles spanning multiple sectors, including business intelligence, medical and technology, she will take responsibility for delivering next-generation team engagement and development at Emotive, as well as executing leadership and workplace effectiveness programmes.

She will also oversee Emotive's Social Club, a team-run social and wellbeing committee that organises team activities and events throughout the year.
