Farrer Kane hired to support launch of new fintech brand nimbl
Farrer Kane has been handed a UK media relations brief for the fintech challenger brand nimbl, following its recent launch.
The client provides an app paired with a prepaid MasterCard debit card designed for specifically for use by children and young people aged eight to 18, helping them to manage their spending alongside their parents, reports Gorkana.
Parents are able to use the app to top up and monitor their child's outgoings, while the child can keep track of their own budget with ease. Nimbl chief executive Clint Wilson said the app is a valuable new addition to the "chronically underserviced" youth banking market in the UK.
The agency has already started working with nimbl to build awareness of the app, with its work credited with already driving a significant boost to the company's media profile and major interest in the nimbl service.
Beth Farrer, director at Farrer Kane, added: "Nimbl is bringing a much-needed new offer to parents and children, which will benefit them both now and in the future. We're looking forward to helping make sure nimbl garners the attention and success it deserves."
