Fever wins Now TV brief with Sky
Fever has been selected for a high-profile new PR brief with broadcaster Sky, focusing on expanding the profile of the on-demand service Now TV.
Sky has appointed Fever as its retained agency and has tasked the PR firm with developing and delivering new campaigns for the brand, working alongside Sky's in-house team.
The agency earned the contract after a four-way pitch against Freud, Red and Hope and Glory. It takes over from Cake, which served as Sky's retained agency for the last seven years.
Fever was selected based on its strong understanding of the industry, its strategic capabilities and creative flair. It will also be working on a project basis across products and services such as Sky Plus, Sky Go and Sky Store Buy and Keep.
Bruce McLachlan, Fever's joint managing director, said: "Sky and entertainment are synonymous, so creating exciting, engaging, shareable campaigns is the best way of ensuring that consumers understand the Now TV and Sky propositions."
The agency's other tech sector clients include brands such as PlayStation, EE, Canon, Toshiba and HTC.
