Firstlight PR hires new account manager for healthcare team

Firstlight PR has bolstered its healthcare team with the appointment of Amy Morgan as a new account manager.

Ms Morgan joins the agency from Hill and Knowlton Strategies, where she worked on accounts for groundbreaking hepatitis C treatments and patient advocacy in areas such as migraines and cancer immunotherapy across the EU region.

Other previous employers include the Health and Care Professions Council, Bupa and Edelman's healthcare team in Sydney.

Her appointment coincides with the recruitment of former CHA staffer Keir Bosley as an associate director within its corporate team. The agency is seeking to expand its skills base after doubling its business and headcount in the last 12 months.

The agency works with healthcare sector clients such as Novartis, Napp, Sanofi and Vifor Pharma.
