Fishawack Health Topco Sees 69% Rise in Revenue

Fishawack Health Topco has achieved great results in 2022 in accordance with the goals set by leadership and the Board of Directors. Revenues increased 69% from $161 to $272 million. $229 million was generated in total fee income during 2022, compared to 2021 which generated less than $145 million. This is an indication of substantial core organic growth.

In the financial year of March 2021 to March 2022, Fishawack Health successfully executed two additional strategic acquisitions. One comes in the form of closerlook Inc, a corporate data analytics and digital marketing company located in the US which was purchased in May.

The Group purchased Policy Analysis Inc in January 2022, also consisting of Health Economicas, a US provider of healthcare economics and public health research.

Furthermore, in October 2021, they purchased the final 50% share balance of a past partnership: FIDE, a consultancy firm.

In the next financial year, which ended March 2023, the Company purchased Avalere Health, a US regulation and economic integration advisory company, a transaction which took place in June 2022. The services provided by Avalere greatly enhance the offerings of Fishawack Health.

These acquisitions establish a solid basis for potential expansion down the line and a widen the global reach to international consumer segments. They are all align closely with Fishawack’s extensive range of expertise across marketing, medical affairs, and market access.
