Fishawack marks tenth anniversary

Fishawack has marked the tenth anniversary of its foundation this week, highlighting its progress and development since opening its doors in 2001.

The media agency, which was originally founded by Oliver Dennis and Dominic Miller near Manchester, has been able to develop into a global group employing more than 100 people in the last decade.

It is now one of the largest independent agencies in the medical communications sector, having been named on the preferred supplier lists of 12 of the top 20 pharmaceutical companies in the world.

Commenting on the occasion, the group's leaders highlighted the importance of strategic moves such as the acquisitions of Phocus and Alpha-Plus, as well as the hard work of Fishawack staff.

Mr Dennis, the company's current chief executive officer, said: "We are proud that these values remain central to our mission to deliver the best for our clients and stay at the forefront of medical communications."

Last month, Fishawack announced that its team members were able to achieve a 100 percent success rate in recent examinations for Certified Medical Publication Professionals.
