Forest Laboratories announces win for Sudocrem
Forest Laboratories product Sudocrem has been announced as the winner in two categories at this year’s Prima Baby Awards.
The nappy rash cream has been voted Best Value and Best Buy by the readers of Prima Baby magazine for the sixth year in a row.
Clare Young, marketing manager at Forest Laboratories, commented: “It is reassuring that in the current economic climate, Prima Baby readers recognise the value of Sudocrem for their families.”
In addition to acting as a treatment of nappy rash, the product can also be of benefit to individuals who suffer from eczema, acne and chilblains or who have minor burns or grazes.
The ceremony where the awards were given out to the lucky winners took place on November 7th at the Millennium Mayfair Hotel in London.
According to Forest Laboratories, Sudocrem is the market-leading product for the treatment of nappy rash in the UK. Other products which the company manufactures include Infacol – a treatment for crying attacks associated with colic – and Bisodol indigestion relief tablets.
The pharmaceutical firm is based in Bexley, Kent but sells its products across Europe and beyond – including the Republic of Ireland, Holland, Greece, Poland, Hungary and markets in the Middle East, Australasia and India.
