GAMA Isolation Room Revolutionises Airborne Infection Control

Although scientifically proven to lower the rates of infection spread through the air, enhancing ventilation in domestic, commercial, and healthcare environments has proven to be difficult.

This is where the Rediairinstant air purification system from GAMA Healthcare comes in, purifying air within confined spaces. The system, intended to be implemented into medical facilities, can capture tiny particles from 0.3 microns.

A demonstration with the portable device confirmed that its efficiency outweighs the capabilities of HEPA 13 air purifiers by a factor of 10. It can create an air change every 12 minutes, ventilating spaces that are 120 m3 or less, and capturing over 99% of these particles.

The business will also display Rediroom, the only moveable isolation room on the market, taking just 5 minutes to build. The benefit of these is that healthcare centres can quickly take control by isolating individuals before infections spread through the air.

These are already being used by the NHS, with one hospital experiencing a 75% drop in Covid 19 instances once they were deployed.

Chief Executive Officer of GAMA, Dr Allen Hanouka, explained that the company has “has been attending Arab Health since 2009. GAMA has half a dozen locations across three continents, with its main office in Hemel Hempstead, England. They currently export goods to more than 70 different nations.
