GCI Health adds five members to London team

GCI Health has announced the addition of five members to its team in London, occupying a variety of different roles.

The most high-profile appointment is the hire of Hannah Morris as a new board director. Ms Morris – who previously spent eight years at Ketchum, leading its women's health business – had previously been working with GCI Health on a freelance basis for several months.

In her new role, she will lead oncology-focused accounts alongside her agency management responsibilities.

Additionally, the agency has appointed Jenny Glover from Edelman as an account manager and recent graduate Abbas Omaar as junior account executive. Red Door Communications' Caroline Howley and Tonic Life Communications' Orlene Pereira also join the team as senior account executives.

Agency director Rikki Jones said: "Our consistent and rapid growth has only been possible due to the strong entrepreneurial spirit of our team."

GCI Health is a member of the WPP network and is the only specialist healthcare public relations agency within the organisation.
