GSK allots shares

GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) has announced the new allotment of shares, dated August 26th 2008. The company has assigned 1,100 ordinary shares of a nominal value of 25 pence each to Vidacos Nominees, located at the Citigroup Centre in Canary Wharf. The history of GSK goes back to 1715 with the establishment of Plough Court, the forerunner of Allen and Hanburys.
