Handicare Remote Training Courses Available Even After Pandemic
Handicare Accessibility is speeding up the automation process within their business operations, adding additional online tools and amenities for its partner network and their clients in response to a change in consumer and partner behaviours after the Covid.
According to Handicare’s Vice President of Commercial, Clare Brophy, one of the effects of Covid was that more people were using the internet for correspondence and gathering data.
Handicare established an online driver software to offer round-the-clock specialist support in this period and provided live web training for engineers globally.
This service is still available, with the courses completed virtually on any device. The courses have been developed by their expert technical staff, designed with all the expertise and knowledge that would be shared during traditional face-to-face sessions built in.
The TechTool website, which boasts over 1,300 users globally, offers industry specific insights so engineers may easily obtain the most recent changes whenever it is convenient for them.
Having qualified professionals learn virtually fits into the wider programme by supplementing face-to-face courses on location.
For Handicare Partner engineers who are qualified and familiar with building and servicing curved twin-rail lifts, remote training on the Handicare 4000 is provided.
For additional information and to sign up for online training right away, partners can chat with their BDM.
