Harvard wins corporate comms brief with Ricoh Europe
Harvard has been hired to coordinate a corporate comms programme for global technology client.
The agency has won the account following a four-way competitive pitch, with work to commence immediately. The six-figure brief is designed to help Ricoh translate its comms efforts into business sales by elevating the brand among C-suite audiences, reports PRWeek.
Harvard will lead a corporate comms programme comprising thought leadership content, social media and pan-European media relations.
Javier Diez-Aguirre, vice-president of corporate marketing at Ricoh Europe, said the agency's passion for technology and its integrated and creative campaign ideas were the motivating factors behind handing it the brief.
Harvard's managing director Louie St Claire said: "Ricoh’s heritage in technology goes back almost 80 years, during which time the company has been at the forefront of workplace innovation. We’re delighted to be helping Ricoh tell the next chapter in its story."
The firm is in the running for PRWeek's specialist consultancy of the year prize and recently hired Phil Szomszor as its new digital engagement director.
